Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
At this time we are only a small business, so have not got an online credit card payment system - to pay by credit or debit card, please enter the details as requested (including a telephone number), and I will call you back to get additional details as required - such as the security code.
f you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed on the day that they are received. However we are durrently only shipping out twice per week. Should you need a product urgently, you are able to come and pick it up (ir arranged beforehand). Alternatively do speak to us on 0115 9607310, in order to get confirmation of delivery, and to discuss other options.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We are endeavouring to keep the website up to date with stock levels, so that you should be able to see whether a product is in stock or not.

Privacy Policy
DM Consultants Limited and our trading divisions do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Exchanges:
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing the item is returned in its original packaging, and unopened. Once we have received the item, we will then exchange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us. All items must be returned to us using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.

Packaging
Some of the product comes prepackaged from the supplier. In these cases, only a sample of packages will be opened for quality control. Where necessary, product will be re-packaged, or packaged for the first time. It is our policy, as we work towards the Caesar Standard for Environmental Sustainability Certification, that where possible, we will re-use existing packaging to pack items which are low volume, or an unusual shape or size.
Wholesale Customers
Our wholesale arm is set up in order to supply small pilates instructors / physio businesses / yoga instructors with high quality equipment, for use in their classes or to sell to their clients. Items do come packed in bulk boxes - not individually packaged as per sales in ones.
