This product is latex and PVC free, which means that it is recyclable, and hypo-allergenic. It is also odourless - unlike standard PVC yoga mats.

It measures 130cm x 60cm x 6mm.

This size was chosen to make PIlates exercises easier. Most mats are 180cm long - not even 6 feet in length - and the shorter style both means a lighter, smaller, and less expensive mat, but allows feet to slide on the floor more easily. However 130cm is still large enough for exercises which require the head, shoulders, back, hips and knees to be on the mat - e.g. when lying on one side.

This product has a textured surface on both sides for additional comfort and grip.

65cm anti-burst gym ball.

Suitable for weights up to 300kg.

Not all anti-burst balls are rated this highly - the phrase anti-burst just means that the balls will not pop - but if ruptured will leak air slowly! This ball when filled weighs around 1.6 kg. Compare this to other balls on the market (e.g. silver Reebok 65cm), which are made to a lower specification and only weight 1.0kg.

This product is new to the UK market. It is made from EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate!), which is widely used in sports equipment, due to its light weight, lack of odour, and the fact that it can be injection-moulded. In this case, the product is made of a single piece - not two, and so will not fall apart as the basic roller can after extended use.

The EVA foam is produced it with a specific firmness we feel is an ideal balance of hardness for support and durability and a bit of softness for comfort. Additionally the surface is smooth and soft to touch, due to the moulding process. It is much better at retaining its shape, and will not become oval as the Basic Roller does eventually. Additionally the Basic Roller can after a time delaminate (click for picture), loosing it's ability to holder its shape and firmness.

Blue in color, the heat sealed EVA foam prevents moisture and bacteria from penetrating its surface. It is built to withstand the demands placed on it by repetitive use and will return to original shape after use.
